In a significant stride toward India's technological advancement, Union Minister for Communications and Eastern Region Development, Shri Jyotiraditya M. Scindia, inaugurated the VTU - VRIF - TCOE Center of Excellence (CoE) in Advanced Technologies at the Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU) Regional Office, Bengaluru.
